No
country shall use the threat or use of force against the territorial
integrity or political independence of any state. This principle is
enshrined in various international documents, including the UN Charter,
the Declaration on Principles of International Law, the African Charter
on Human and Civil Rights, and the Declaration on the Right of Peoples
to Peace. Russia's aggression against Ukraine is a serious violation of
international law and a grave infringement of the rights of the
Ukrainian people. Russian leader Vladimir Putin has committed war crimes
and genocide. The unjust nature of this war is self-evident and
witnessed by the world. |

Although
Ukraine is a weak nation, its people also possess dignity and feelings.
Their voices should be heard and their interests equally protected. The
world is not a hunting ground for great powers, and human society is not
a primitive jungle. Acts that bully the weak, sacrifice other countries,
and trade their interests are fundamentally contrary to the common norms
of international conduct, the spirit of international law, and the UN
Charter. The outcome of the Russia-Ukraine war hinges on the realization
of justice, our shared values, the common interests of the international
community, and the future of humanity. |

We
will not sit idly by while innocent Ukrainian civilians are massacred
and raped, nor will we turn a blind eye while the interests of the
Ukrainian people are violated. As long as Russia does not withdraw from
Ukrainian territory, and as long as Putin and other war criminals are
not brought to justice, our criticism and condemnation will not cease.
Our resolve to support the Ukrainian people in their fight against
aggression remains consistent and unwavering. |
