|
This office
was formerly the Chairperson's Office of Shenching corporation. It is a
comprehensive office established by Mr. Liu Jianyong based on the spirit
of classical natural law. It was established in Shenzhen, China in 2002,
moved to Hong Kong, China in 2006, and moved to New York, USA in 2011.
The function of the office is to assist Mr. Liu Jianyong in handling
non-governmental organization affairs and international affairs. In
2010, after Mr. Liu Jianyong stepped down as the chairperson of
the Shenching corporation, this office was changed to Mr. Liu
Jianyong's exclusive assistant agency and renamed "The Office of Liu Jianyong". |

In
2011, this office set a global vision of human well-being and a mission
of "caring for the world" and "using the law to help the world". It aims
to promote the values universally applicable to human society and the
concepts advocated by Mr. Liu Jianyong, such as simplicity, diversity,
harmony between man and nature, sustainable development, respect for
human rights, freedom, and the rule of law. |

After
2019, the professional entities of the office have also completed the
transformation into non-governmental organizations, non-profit
foundations, and public welfare organizations. The office has
established various entities such as magazines, research institutes,
foundations, and law firms. These entities are registered all over the
world and serve North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific,
and other regions. Its partners include governments, diplomatic
agencies, the United Nations, the European Union, non-governmental
organizations, news media, foundations, churches, temples, etc. |

The
office organically combines traditional Chinese philosophy, global
values, and the rule of law with modern social governance concepts,
humanistic thoughts and human rights ideas, and the spirit of classical
natural law. It is the world's leading global public affairs office.
Since its establishment, under the leadership of Mr. Liu Jianyong, the
office has been deeply involved in global governance and involved in
many major global and universal issues. It has made outstanding
contributions to promoting global rule of law and democratic politics,
protecting human rights, combating terrorism and global crime,
eliminating discrimination, and maintaining world peace and equality.
The office encourages countries around the world to establish democratic
politics, combat corruption, enforce the rule of law, safeguard freedom
of speech, religious belief, freedom from fear and want, establish an
open, harmonious, and inclusive civil society, eliminate poverty, narrow
the gap between the rich and the poor, protect the rights and interests
of animals, women, and children, advocate harmonious coexistence between
man and nature, and build a community with a shared future for mankind. |

On
the basis of practicing racial and religious diversity, this office has
taken practical actions, with a spirit of fraternity and a sense of
charity, to call on countries around the world to protect vulnerable
groups such as sex workers, orphaned families, empty-nest elderly,
left-behind children, and vagrants, advocate "decriminalization of sex",
establish legal "red-light districts" in the territories of various
countries, and promote the legalization of same-sex marriage. This
office urgently intervenes and issues public statements in crises such
as wars, serious human rights violations, suppression of peaceful
demonstrations, and stifling of freedom of speech that occur around the
world, including: North Korea's nuclear tests, Russia's invasion of
Ukraine, Myanmar's military government's suppression of peaceful
demonstrations, Saudi Arabia's dismemberment and killing of journalist
Khashoggi, Hamas' terrorist attacks on Israel, Afghan Taliban
authorities' introduction of the Virtue and Sin Prevention Law, Iran's
large-scale missile attacks on Israel, and North Korea's military
deployment in Ukraine. |

We
call for more attention and international intervention in the atrocities
in Afghanistan, Iran, India, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, and other countries that
violate women's right to sexual autonomy, deprive women of their right
to education, to work, freedom of marriage, to wear a hijab or veil, and
support child marriage and trafficking of children. This office
advocates a severe crackdown on crimes such as global human trafficking,
drug circulation, child pornography, and telecommunications fraud. This
office has long been fighting on the front line of human rights
protection: Over the years, this office has paid close attention to a
large number of human rights violations in Cuba, Venezuela, Haiti,
Congo, Zimbabwe, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Belarus,
Myanmar, Cambodia, North Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Somalia, Sudan,
South Sudan, Yemen, Libya, Central Africa, Rwanda, Mexico and other
countries. Shouldering the responsibility of safeguarding freedom of
speech and protecting human rights, this office has always stood with
the people around the world who possess the courage to fight. |

The
volunteer team of this office is composed of professors from well-known
universities in various countries around the world, resident reporters
from well-known global news organizations, former diplomats, religious
leaders, human rights lawyers, social activists, and others. In 2002,
this office began to form a team in mainland China of international
volunteers to develop and promote global public welfare. At this time,
volunteers were mainly concentrated in the Far East, such as Beijing,
Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, and Japan. Volunteers
were mainly resident journalists, writers, and students. After 2006,
this office began to cooperate with charitable organizations, religious
groups, and foundations in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, and other
places to jointly carry out public welfare activities such as education
and poverty alleviation in mainland China and Southeast Asia. In 2011,
this office developed volunteers in North America, the Middle East,
Europe, Africa, South America, and other regions. |

Volunteers
are currently distributed in the United States, Canada, France, Germany,
Russia, South Korea, Malaysia, Syria, Sri Lanka, Venezuela, Mozambique,
Hong Kong, and other countries and regions. In 2022, this office will
re-establish a global volunteer team in designated developing countries
in areas such as Africa, South America, Asia, the Caribbean, the Indian
Ocean, and the Pacific to promote global animal protection, medical and
health assistance, legal aid, and other public welfare services. Since
2002, the volunteer team of this office has come from dozens of
countries and regions around the world. With the attitude of
selflessness and universal love for humanity, they gather around this
office and become angels on Earth and "extraders on the other side". |

established the official international website in Shenzhen, China in
2002. The space and domain name were set up in Hong Kong, China, and the
Caribbean, and closed in 2010. After 2011, the official website was
re-established in Maryland, USA, and the space and domain name were set
up in Taiwan, China, and New York, USA. The website is available in
seventeen languages, including English, French, German, Spanish,
Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Lao, Vietnamese, Khmer,
Burmese, Malay, Indonesian, Simplified Chinese
(Mainland China), Traditional Chinese (Singapore, Hong Kong, China,
Macau, Taiwan). |
