Initiative
to Impose Extreme Sanctions on Russia and Other Countries |

It
has been three years since the Russian-Ukrainian war began. Although
Russia's national strength has been exhausted, it still has the ability
to continue the war with the aid of evil countries; such as, Belarus and
North Korea. In order to completely defeat Russia, we hereby propose
that the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, all EU countries
impose extreme sanctions on Russia and its allies Belarus, North Korea
and others giving aid. The specific recommended sanctions are as
follows: |

1.
Sanctions on all public officials, all members of the ruling party, and
all members of participating parties in Russia and its allies. Prohibit
them from obtaining any visa, withdraw or revoke any current visas, and
deport those who are already abroad. A comprehensive investigation
should be conducted on Russians, Belarusians, North Koreans, etc. who
have obtained citizenship or permanent residency in other countries, and
those who support Russian aggression should be deprived of citizenship
and permanent residency and expelled. |

2.
Freeze the overseas assets of all public officials and ruling party
members of Russia and its allies. |
|
3.
Freeze the overseas assets of all state-owned enterprises and
state-controlled enterprises of Russia and its allies, and impose
comprehensive sanctions on the operators of enterprises. |
|
4.
Do not import energy from Russia or its allies, and cut off all trade
with Russia and its allies. |
|
5.
Cut off the connection between the financial system of Russia and its
allies and the world. |
|
6.
Cut off the connection between the Internet and the root server of
Russia and its allies, and completely isolate Russia and its allies from
network use. |
|
7.
Completely terminate the right of Russia and its allies to use software
and chips related to computers, cars, satellites, other technology, so
that the performance of their computers, cars, and satellite
communications will be reduced or paralyzed. |
|
8.
If Russia shows signs of using nuclear weapons, immediately take the
initiative to launch a nuclear strike against Russia and behead all
Russian military and political leaders. |
|
9.
Comprehensively reduce diplomatic relations with Russia and its allies
to a level just short of breaking off diplomatic relations. |
|
10.
Expel Russian diplomats from the United Nations and international
organizations, and expel Russia from the United Nations Security
Council. |
