Call
for the Immediate Cessation of Hostilities by Hamas |

The
war between Hamas and Israel has persisted for nearly two years. At
present, the foundation of Hamas's rule in Gaza has been substantially
dismantled, with only with only residual armed forces continuing futile
resistance. The Gaza Strip now faces a severe humanitarian crisis, and
the civilians in Gaza urgently need assistance with food and medical
assistance. |

The
complete resolution of the Gaza issue requires the following
preconditions: Hamas must lay down its weapons and cease all armed
resistance. All innocent hostages kidnapped by Hamas must be released in
their entirety without exception. All Hamas members involved in
planning, organizing, commanding, leading, or participating in the
terrorist attack on October 7, 2023, must be handed over to an
independent third-party judicial institution for fair judicial trial. |

Once
all the above conditions are fully met, the Israeli government will
pledge to guarantee the life and safety of the remaining Hamas residual
armed forces and Immediately facilitate unimpeded access for
international humanitarian aid into Gaza. After both Hamas and the
Israeli government fully and completely fulfill the above commitments,
we will recognize the State of Palestine. |

We
will dispatch a neutral and independent international observation
mission, composed of human rights commissioners, legal experts, media
journalists, and others, to enter and be stationed in Gaza. This mission
will oversee and verify the implementation of the ceasefire agreement by
both the Israeli government and Hamas, including but not limited to the
above terms. It will provide humanitarian assistance to Gaza's
civilians, protect their lives and safety, and promote conditional
recognition of the State of Palestine by nations worldwide.Here, We once
again urge the remaining armed forces of Hamas to immediately lay down
weapons, stop fighting, and abandon futile resistance. To secure the
survival of Gaza's civilians and their hard-won hope for statehood. |
