Statement on the Situation in Syria

     The Office of Liu Jianyong
     December 7, 2024

We have noticed the changes in the current situation in Syria. The Assad regime has been abandoned by the Syrian people.
We call on the warring parties to minimize the casualties of innocent civilians and urge the military forces of the Assad regime to immediately lay down their arms and stop fighting.
